The First Assembly of Q
The First Assembly was established in 1996 with Tobe Schultz and Kathi Gallaher, by 1998 Ms. Gallaher became an ordained minister with the Universal Life Church cementing the corner-stone of the FAQ. The premise of the FAQ is to suggest to the assembly, "please consult a FAQ before broadcasting ones inquiry to the general population" as it's entirely possible the question has already been answered. The First Assembly of Q is intended to empower people to Radical Self Reliance.
