Henry was found by workers at the Port of Seattle. I think he's dachshund and Chinese crested, possibly 2-3 months old but it's hard to tell as he has no teeth (crested's don't have teefs). I met him with his foster parent this afternoon. I completely fell in love hes the sweetest guy - even if he is a bit ugly.
