I haven't lived somewhere I've felt comfortable baking in many, many years. Once, in a not so distant life I worked as a baker. You know what bakers do? Bring joy to the hearts of many. Folks who sneak treats, enjoy their guilty pleasures or hand joy to their loved ones in the form of baked goods. Bakers give love and joy. Yes they do. Love, baked right in.
